Standard Test Method for Isotopic Analysis of Uranium Hexafluoride by Single-Standard Gas Source Multiple Collector Mass Spectrometer Method

Standard Details

1.1 This test method is applicable to the isotopic analysis of uranium hexafluoride (UF₆) with ²³⁵U concentrations less than or equal to 5 % and ²³⁴U, ²³⁶U concentrations of 0.0002 to 0.1 %.

1.2 This test method may be applicable to the analysis of the entire range of ²³⁵U isotopic compositions providing that adequate Certified Reference Materials (CRMs or traceable StandardDetails) are available.
