It is written in SI (metric) units. This edition includes the requirements of Electrical Bulletin No. 918A, extending recognition of Trade Size 2 Steel EMT (including elbows and bends) with expanded-end couplings. This Standard has been developed in compliance with Standards Council of Canada requirements for National Standards of Canada. It has been published as a National Standard of Canada by CSA Group. Scope 1.1 This Standard applies to electrical metallic tubing fabricated from mild steel, aluminum alloy, or copper alloy intended for use as a metal raceway for the installation of wires and cables in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I.
